Coursework Project - 1 Week
Level Designer
As a part of our coursework, we were split into teams and asked to make a level design in 3D using Google SketchUp for Donkey Kong game. This was meant to be an exercise in level design and I was partnered up with another designer. This led to the use of making a huge level with backtracking for Donkey Kong. We also had to choose an architecture style to model our elements from and we chose roman and Egyptian architecture.
My Contribution
I worked on making the assets in Google SketchUp, as well as, helped in the initial paper design of the level. The making of assets and placing them in a 3D environment was the most time-consuming process, yet was split between us both.
